Designed the first purpose-built module in a new, customizable architecture for apprenticeship programs. Time Tracking eliminated cumbersome setup, manual spreadsheet calculations, and enabled hour tracking. It also enticed many prospective customers to sign with Craft because they were waiting for this tool to launch.

Digitizing Skills & Competency Verification for On-the-Job Learning
In healthcare on-the-job learning programs, learners carried paper checklists, preceptors were drowning in charting fatigue, and instructors struggled to track learner progress. I redesigned the entire workflow by flipping the model: learners request evaluations, preceptors score at end-of-shift, instructors manage clearance and track progress. Three roles, minimal friction. To ship January 2026 to 200+ learners across QCC, WGU Health, UW Health, and Air Force training programs.

Led discovery, research, and design to create a digital tool to help our customers create protocols for research studies in a more efficient and accessible way. This tool would change how our customers created protocols by allowing them to no longer rely on JSON and instead build it on a wizard-like interface.

A four-year journey started as a quick interface facelift and became an entire platform redesign, both customer-facing and internal-facing. This award-winning project revolutionized how manufacturers interacted with quoting platforms by making the quoting process fast and easy across all processes.

Parents needed an experience that acknowledged the emotional complexity of co-parenting while simplifying financial tracking. The redesign improved parents' overall experience with tracking expenses and gave OFW runway for additional features that could be added to the feature.
