Led the design of the first purpose-built module in a new, customizable architecture for apprenticeship programs. The time tracking feature eliminated cumbersome setup, manual spreadsheet calculations, and enabled hour tracking and reporting to be done digitally. The launch of the tool allowed Sales to sign several new customers and helped us become more competitive in the market.

On-the-job learning across healthcare, military, automotive, and teacher training all struggled with observation tracking because it was done manually on paper or over email exchanges. I designed a new workflow so learners, evaluators, and instructors could document, score, and track progress in one place. The creation of the feature ushered in new customer sign-ups and unlocked Craft's entry into healthcare and military markets.
